Savage Entertainment, Inc. Terms and Conditions:
It is understood that Savage Entertainment, Inc. is executing this agreement as a corporation and not as an employee (s), and that Savage Entertainment, Inc. will have exclusive control over the means, method and details of fulfilling the obligation under this agreement.
The rental Deposit must be returned with the signed agreement by the date specified. If not received by the date indicated Savage Entertainment, Inc. may void this agreement.
Our arrival to set-up is based on equipment rented. If you require us to set up prior to our estimate, we will require an additional fee.
The balance due will be required before set-up of equipment or acts by performers. Please have a check payable to Savage Entertainment Inc. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
We will instruct proper and safe use of all equipment to any of your employee's wishing to volunteer. All attendants must enforce all safety and behavior rules or equipment may be taken down.
The operator of any ride or piece of equipment at his/her discretion may deny participation to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to; intoxication, behavior, size, medical condition etc.
When inclement weather occurs while equipment is at your event, we must deflate and cover them, or shut the ride down. Note: All inflated equipment is effected by wind and moisture and will be deflated when raining or when wind gusts over 25 miles per hour.
Client acknowledges that play on amusement devices entails known and unknown risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to all guests participating. Therefore, client hereby expressly release, forever, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savage Entertainment Inc from any and all claims, demands or causes of action which are in any way connected with clients or guests participation in activities. Any insurance deductibles will be the responsibility of the client.
Equipment is rented based on the signed agreement & deposits. As hard as we try to meet your requests for specific equipment, we reserve the right to and may substitute similar equipment of equal or greater value for any reason.
Inclement weather postponements cannot be made due to the complexity of canceling vendors at the last minute. This agreement cannot be canceled based on any guess including the media's weather guesses, forecasts, or judgments. Threatening weather is not considered inclement. If the event must be canceled due to bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule on another date, but availability of equipment cannot be guaranteed and a percentage of deposit will be forfeited as described below. If weather or any other act of God including severe weather warnings occurs during the event, Savage Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to shut down equipment and or/ leave event site to protect the safety of your guests as well as our staff.
Client is responsible for any fees incurred due to returned checks or remittance of their account to collections.
Client's Deposit to Savage Entertainment, Inc. is non-refundable. Cancellations made farther out than two weeks from function date may be applied in whole to a future event within 90 days of original date. For any cancellations within two weeks of the function date the remaining balance on the contract will be due in full. In addition, client may be billed for any incidentals incurred by cancellation including but not limited to vendor fees, food/ catering expenses, labor costs, travel expenses, etc.?
